“The bed frame itself is fantastic. The bed shipped to the US from the UK, and arrived a few days early. The finish is great, and the quality is superb. Overall, it was fairly easy to put together and all the pieces were uniform and fit together nicely. It's sturdy, supportive, and our mattress looks fantastic on it. I would give a full 5 stars if there weren't a few minor niggles. The instructions were lacking - they weren't terrible, but weren't always easy to understand. There were some pre-drilled holes in the slats for screwing down to the frame, but they didn't line up with our King-size frame, so I had to drill my own - if someone didn't have a drill, this could be an issue. Finally, because we have a larger frame, there was an additional centerpiece for support included. The instructions showed that this piece should be screwed together with a couple of slats, but there weren't enough screws included to do so, so I had to go out and get some of my own. None of the problems I mentioned were a big deal for me, but they did make the experience a little less than perfect. Still, we are *very* happy with the bed and would recommend to our friends and family. You won't be disappointed!”
