“I got this in the mail and started using it about 2 weeks before my period, and it's super easy to use. It goes on like a stick of lip balm and doesn't make any mess, at all. It absorbs into my skin well and doesn't leave any sticky residue, either. I also do think it's helped with cramps this month, because the severity of the pain I had this cycle has gone down by a lot. The way I would describe it is that the amount of cramping I had was the same, but the intensity went down by about a third. Instead of having to sit still and wait for the ibuprofen/cramp cream to work, I can get up and walk around without it being too bad. (I tried the cramp cream by itself last month, and it also works really well, but this month I didn't need to use as much of it.) I stopped using it about 2 days before my cycle actually started, and I plan on starting it again once it's over to finish the complete 30 day course.”
