Hi Stacey, We're so sorry we missed your email. The Flow Body Brush can be cleaned by washing the bristles with warm, soapy water and leaving to completely air dry. Sincerely, the somedays team

“This actually works! I’ve been having bad cramps and PMSing for the past week and decided to give this a shot in the morning before a shower. I use the brush for about 2-3 minutes, hop in a hot shower and massage the oil on my lower stomach and back after drying off. Feels like a spa treatment and it’s reduced my pain significantly. I hope you guys have the after flow oil to purchase separately soon!”
