“I could have produced more heat by rubbing my hands together. The mud did nothing for me. The cramp cream wears off quickly (maybe 30-45 min) and only works one out of every four times.”

“I’ve been joking that I’ve been influenced by Instagram to buy this kit - but I don’t regret it even a tiny bit. I loooove my heating pad. The shape, the fuzzy cover, the weight, the fact that I can heat it up in an oven… I love it all. And it smells nice! I’ve been using a toaster oven set for 200 deg (I put the pad in the cold oven, set it for 200, set timer for 14min) and it works great - and makes me feel better than preheating the full size oven every time. I really enjoy the Mud as well, it makes a very relaxing, warming bath. The cream is the only one that I’m not 100% sure about, as it doesn’t always work for me. There’s nothing wrong with it, my pain just gets very intense and the cream isn’t quite strong enough. It’s great for mild pain and lower back discomfort, though!”

“I recently was diagnosed with endo and adeno, I didn't realize the pain I experienced wasn't normal. With this kit I've been able to treat my pain not just with pain killers. The cramp cream has helped numerous times when my pain pills just wouldn't do anything. I keep a jar at work and at home so I'm not caught off guard when the pain comes on suddenly. The real life saver is the the heating pad. Not only is super soft and cute (hello, custom embroidery!) but I love having the peace of mind knowing it's safe to use at night. I was always so worried I was going to fall asleep with the heating pad on in bed that I just would suffer through or I just couldn't get comfortable using my hot water bottle. I love the shape and material of the heating pad - my dog also loves it. I have to be careful not to leave it on the couch or he jumps up immediately to cuddle with it. You don't need extreme pain or to be diagnosed with endo/adeno to enjoy this kit. It's something that anyone with muscle cramps could use. Highly recommend!”

“This must be sorcery. I can barely speak I'm in so much pain out of the blue, I throw my heat pad in the microwave, massage in some cramp cream, apply heat, and the pain is virtually non-existent in less than 10 minutes. At first I thought I would need my hot water bottle (more of a heavy hitter than the flaxseed heat pad) but by the time I could get my wife's attention to bring it to me I didn't need it any more. The design of the heat pad is brilliant. As someone who is quite fat with a large apron belly, I'm really impressed how compatible this is with my body, even tucked into pants! I can't use my hot water bottle while sitting up and working but I can use the heat pad. I'm a "the only thing that works is heat" person with level 7-9 pain basically every period, and this calms it almost instantly. Magical.”
