“After my last period I was fed up with having cramps so severe for the first couple days that I can't think straight. I got this kit and today was my first time trying it. 30 seconds after applying the cream the pain had decreased noticeably. It wasn't gone, but it was world's better. The heating pad also helped and is very comfy. My dog also enjoyed lying on the heating pad while I had it on .
