I love this in theory—the weight especially is lovely for my endometriosis pain—but it just doesn’t get hot enough, nor does it retain heat well. I still use it sometimes, but it hasn’t replaced my electric heating pad.

I use this thing ALL THE TIME, FOR EVERYTHING. I have a lot of digestive issues (bloating, cramps, constipation), but this thing has been a game changer and a great alternative to drinking tea. This is also way more than just a period hot pack; in the winter, I use it to warm up after a cold skate or walk. I sometimes go to bed with it on my chest if my anxious. I use it to warm up sore muscles. I honestly cannot live without it. I also love that you can control the temperature by adding a couple of seconds in the microwave if you want a bit of extra heat. I thought going back and forth to the microwave would be annoying, but I don’t even think about it because it keeps its heat pretty long so I don’t have to do it that often. I’m hoping they add a strap or a belt in the next designs, cause that would make this thing perfect.

This has been the best best pad I’ve ever used! I love the light scent of it and how it keeps the warmth in for a long time. Perfect for my cramps!

The shape is amazing, it definitely gets hot and I love that you can personalize the cover so much. The only big thing I would adjust is adding velcro or some kind of closure on the cover ( I added my own velcro) just to keep the cover closed as I find it moves around a lot as I move a lot when I'm in pain. I do with it stayed hot longer but I think it definitely stays hot longer than most microwave products I've tried so it's fantastic all around. It's great for actually soothing my sore muscles further down in the pelvic region.

This was worth every penny. I purchased this heating pad quite a few months ago in 2022. I’m laying on it right now and honestly felt compelled to write a review (which I never do). It’s heavy which just feels luxurious, stays hot for long enough, but not so long you can’t safely fall asleep with it. I use it multiple times per week (and have since I bought it) for various aches and pains and sometimes just for comfort if I’m feeling a little cold. I travel with this thing. It’s a staple for my life and such a thoughtfully designed product. The fabrics is comfortable and has held up even with my frequent use. The size is perfect for so many things.

The heat pad is super comfy, the weight of it is nice and I really appreciate the shape! The only downside for me is that I find it just doesn't really get hot enough to help as much with the pain compared to my electric heating pad or hot water bottle.

I have struggled with horrible cramps for over 15 years, constantly being told I just need to “get more sun” or I’m just “being dramatic”… so I’ve been seeking out accessible relief almost half of my life.. AND LET ME TELL YOU- I have never felt more heard than I do with this product. Your typical heating pad just doesn’t always hit the places I did and I feel like this heating pad was literally made for me. Thank you thank you thank you.

I use this whenever I have cramps or with the better cycle jelly. I had horrible cramps today and wore this out of the house. It helped me get through a therapy session and was a great comfort. My work doesn’t do period leave, so I wear this to work as well! Super sleek and the weight is perfect. I own two and throw them in my bed on cold nights to help keep the bed warm too. Everyone deserves one of these heat pads
