“I was really skeptical at first that these products would make a difference for me, due to the severity of pain I am in during my menstrual cycle and no other remedies providing relief. The cream started working within minutes and lasted for a few hours - I was totally blown away. Combined with the clay bath, I feel like I have finally found something to help me occupy my body with comfort during the first few excruciating days of my period. Really moved by the thought, care, and research that has gone into this brand and how hard they have worked to create products that actually work. My next period is about to start in a few days and I feel almost excited to dig in to the ritual of caring for myself in this new way. Big love to this team.”

“I have endometriosis and really like all 3 of the products I have. The heating pad smells amazing and I love the soft cover. The clay bath is so surprising! And the pain relief cream is great, not just for cramps! I put it on sore muscles as well.”

“I tend to have really painful periods so I loved the the thought of having a ‘ritual’ each month. I love the combo of the mentrual pain relief cream and the flax seed heat pad! It truly works!! Heat therapy is magical. Today I will be using the clay bath and soaking in goodness”

“Luteal has become a welcome ritual I look forward to each time I menstruate. Not only does the cream work at calming my cramps and aches, it reminds me to take time to nurture and touch my body in my sensitive bleeding time. I don't always love my period body in it's achey, bloat-y state. But through taking some time to put on my Luteal, I get to pause, I get to hold myself a bit, even if it's just for a few seconds, and be reminded of the sensitive and bold power of my menstruating body. Oh and it smells like a picturesque flower meadow”
