I didn’t think this would work but it has changed my period! Whenever I feel that I’m going to get cramps I apply it (a little goes a long way) and I don’t get painful cramps. Ever. I’ve had it for months now and haven’t even gotten close to halfway through the bottle. Amazing!

I love having a topical option where I can put as much or as little as I want to on and I know it works fast.

I enjoy the cramp cream, I even use it for back and neck pain when I'm not on my period. It works similarly to Voltaren but has a more comfortable application, a comforting scent, and works surprisingly quickly. I definitely enjoy using it, Voltaren I feel is a great option as an alternative for consumers to compare prices but I really do enjoy the cramp cream!

I had really high hopes for this cream from reading other reviews of it being a miracle product, but it was kind of disappointing. I get really bad cramps (like probably 8 or 9/10), and I generally take a lot of painkillers for it, so I was hoping to be able to at least reduce the medication a bit. However, while the cream works for a few minutes when it first goes on (maybe 10 or so?), the relief quickly subsides and I have to take just as many painkillers to manage myself. That being said, I think if you only get mild cramps, this would work well for you. It also serves the purpose of blunting the pain while you wait for the painkillers to kick in, and it also smells really nice. So, overall, not completely useless, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

This does help with the muscle cramping the comes along with Endo. Although it is not a miracle cure, it is something I will keep stocked in my period care kit!
