“I was worried about the smell, I am not a fan of wintergreen, but it just smells like a wonderful mix of essential oils. I cant really tell if the cream helps my pain or not, but it is soothing to incorporate pelvic passage into my self care when I am in pain and I know the ingredients are healing. I often try to do castor oil packs during the luteal phase but forget, and the cream has caster oil in it, so definitely grateful that I am still getting its benefits!”

“I absolutely love Luteal’s menstrual pain relief cream ! It is light, smells wonderful, and truly numbs out cramp pain without being overwhelming. I am one who often gets woken up from cramps, and once in the past tried putting tiger balm on my lower abdomen in the middle of the night- worst idea ever on such a sensitive area. But Luteal’s cream is MAGIC !!”

“This cream smells so good and I love the tingling sensation and clean ingredients. I would say it is a good addition to a pain relief routine because it wasn't enough on it's own for me - I get pretty severe cramps. It helped take the edge off so I will definitely continue to use it.”
