“I returned the pair of loafers on 14th April, they were delivered on 18th April at your premises and today, 26th April, I still have not received a refund.
I am rethinking as to whether I should order a smaller sized pair at all given the slow customer service.

I have checked the status of your return, it was received into our holding warehouse on 18/04/2024 - here it has to go through customs and weight checks.
Unfortunately, if there are an influx of returns, there may be a slight delay. But once your return has cleared customs, we will initiate the refund.
