“unfortunately the quality of the sole is poor. After just one week, the sole in the front area comes loose, so the shoe has to go to the cobbler to have it fixed properly. Apparently this is a regular occurence with these loafers, that the sole needs to be fixed after a short time, but after 1 week it‘s completely unacceptable considering of the price of these loafers. Unfortunately not again”

“The package arrived quickly, the packaging around the shoe box could be a little smaller to save cardboard and produce less waste!
The loafers are what they’re supposed to be, your classic penny loafers, nice and comfortable. I find that the fit is slightly bigger than the size: I ordered a European 39, which is my normal size, but they are about half a size too long. So next time I will order 38,5. For the quality and wear, I will have to wait a few months to see how they withstand the test of time!”

“I returned the pair of loafers on 14th April, they were delivered on 18th April at your premises and today, 26th April, I still have not received a refund.
I am rethinking as to whether I should order a smaller sized pair at all given the slow customer service.

I have checked the status of your return, it was received into our holding warehouse on 18/04/2024 - here it has to go through customs and weight checks.
