Christmas present for my son. The sizing must be generous as he is normally a size 9, and we have ended with getting a size 8. Not a bother as return process efficient.

“It seems to be a good quality pair of loafers, looking very good that's for sure. But even after reading a few complaints about the sizing, I could not imagine it was this bad. I was advised to select size 42.5 based on the result of the Foot Scan tool on the website—which is already a full size under what I usually wear for sneakers.
After trying the loafers on, they were wayyy too large—I could easily slip a finger behind my heel. So, I decided to return them... and guess what: you've got to pay for the return (7,50€).
Okay, not the end of the world, I wanted to reorder the same pair but in size 42, and the support team was extremely kind offering me another 10% discount for the first order.
Then, I received the new pair in 42, and.... they were still too large while aching my feet. So I guess their shape is just not compatible with my feet. Had to return them again, 7,50€, just feels like I've thrown 15€ in the bin for nothing, but not the end of the world.
If you're lucky enough to fit comfortably in those, then it's for sure a great pair of loafers, and they look stunning. Sadly, I am not one of those.
Please try to find a physical place where they sell those, so you can try them on before buying.”
“It's a good shoe; a slightly lower price would have been perfect. The size chart isn't accurate; I had to return it twice to find the right size. One of the few brands or stores that still charge for returns. I hope the product lasts a long time.”

We would just like to clarify, that our sizing app should be used the same as a sizing guide - it is there for advice and guidance. It is not a guarantee that the product will fit.
