“I love them! They run quite large, but are rather narrow in width (so I took half a size smaller than usual). It will take a bit of time to break them in properly, but that's not a problem for me. In any case, very classy and a great addition to my shoe wardrobe.”
“This is my 3rd Pair as i wear them for work.
Today was my first day wearing them and the top heel section completely tore my ankles causing open cuts and making it very difficult to walk. Previous pairs were never this poorly made”

We pride ourselves in making ‘the very best shoes’ and regret that you feel our product has caused pain to your feet. Sometimes they can take multiple outings to break in, however, this is not classed as a fault or manufacturing issue. Each customer's feet are different and therefore the break-in period varies. Once the shoes have been broken in they will feel more comfortable and supportive
