“Honestly, I am disappointed. To start with, there was issues with the delivery, and delivery address.
As soon as I opened the box, one of the shoes has a scratch on the top. And later I discovered one of the stitches has a bad finish, popping out. I think these are issues which there shouldn't be any room for them.. it's pretty basic.
I didn't even wear the shoes, and this is what I get delivered?”

We offered you the option of returning the product for either a replacement or a refund, but you refused this option.
We then offered you the solution of a partial refund, so you could purchase a polishing kit to buff the mark from the shoe.
