“I do not think there are any other certifications out there that place women at the heart of it. Every part of it is tailored to women's needs, women's requirements, how to coach women, how to help women thrive. So necessary, so vital and so well-researched and supported! A must for everyone intending to coach women.”
“If you’re working with female clients I can’t recommend this certification enough! It touches on all the things you need to know in terms of the female body and health - menopause, periods, pelvic floor, etc. It’s in-depth but also easy to absorb and understand. What I really like is how you get the physical textbook for you to refer back to at any point in the future, and the exams were a great way of checking your knowledge.”
“I took this certification after my Precision Nutrition L1 certification. I learnt a lot on top of what I already knew, as the information is very practical and focused on how you can quickly apply it with the women clients. The fitness part is extremely accurate and up to date, you can be confident to get the info you need to start builduing an efficient program.
I valued highly the emotional side / mental aspects of working as a coach with women, emphasized often in the course material, offering a pragmatic view. The added value of this certification comes from the examples of coaching conversations, very insightful and tangible.
The training materials are very friendly, great design of the course, flowing naturally - I did it in a shorter time than estimated, as it was really attrractive.
I would recommend this certification - and actually I recommended it quite often - to any coach that wants to improve the life of their women clients showing up with confidence. This certification gives a 360 degree approach to women’ healthy lifestyle, based on knowledge extracted from science and realities of clients.”
“So glad I signed up for this course. It’s comprehensive, with engaging content. The combination of textbook and videos is incredibly helpful for absorbing new information. The resources included are invaluable. I cannot say enough good things about this course. I highly recommend you check this out!”
“I loved this course. I felt that it gave me a lot of information I could immediately apply with my clients and in my own life. While I think this course is best utilized as continuing education for someone already working with women, it would also be a great standalone course or something to do along with other education, or even just for personal use!
I loved the straightforward but compassionate methods and the digestibility and evidence based information. I would recommend this course to anyone who works in women's health or wants to better understand it.”
“This certification is the best resource for fitness professionals trying to support women. As a girl's girl, this certification was exactly what I was looking for to understand women's health and fitness on a deeper level that prepared me to best support my female clients. The information is organized in a manner that is easy to follow and each lesson builds upon the last. The supporting case studies and workbook solidify the lessons taught and give real world examples of how to handle potentially difficult situations. The only "bad" review I have is that these courses are highly addicting. Once I had GGS-1, I knew I had to get the pre/post-natal course and now I'm hoping to be able to purchase the menopause course. This also opened up my need for more information and my desire to seek out every women's health course out there. Thank you GGS!!”
“GGS is a must-have for coaching women. I learned so much - from the importance of empathy to the best workout splits. The course materials will truly be something I consult back to over and over again. Highly recommend!”
