“This course greatly enhanced my knowledge to be able to help women. I appreciate real books and workbooks for learning and helping to retain.
The videos were informative and relatable. The quizzes every chapter help you to know what you might need to review. The material is easy to read, with some humor as well. I have not taken a better course. Others I have done through different providers did not leave me with knowledge I could apply.
I will definitely be taking every course that GGS offers.”

“It was pricey but overall is what was a good certification. I loved that the course is self paced. The material was laid out well and very thorough. At the expense of trying to be inclusive, my only complaint was the statement "if you FEEL like a woman then you are a woman and to me that's quite offensive. Women are more than a feeling, make-up or wearing women's clothing. Our bodies go through many challenging changes and if you weren't born a female you have no right to "claim" womanhood. I feel like a certification for training women should at least be just about 100% training women who are born women. The main premise of the certification is learning how to coach the woman in front in you. The certification delves into the differences in our bodies, hormones and how they impact a woman's health fitness journey.”
Thank you for putting this into words, Crystal.

“This has been a ride of knowledge and joy, the course is packed with interesting informations and set up in a way that makes it fun and totally understandable. I started the course on the 1st of march and finished on the 30th of march (made it myself a mission to finish before my 40th birthday, which I did). Now I can't wait to get all that knowledge and use it to start my business of coaching women within nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. Thanks a million for this awesome program and all you amazing women who created it.”

“I went into the GGS Women’s Specialist Certification expecting to deepen my understanding of coaching women, but it exceeded my expectations.
What stood out most was how practical and immediately applicable the content is. It connects physiology, psychology, and real life context in a way that helps you coach better right away. The modules on menstrual cycle considerations, behavior change, and communication were especially impactful and helped me better support clients through different phases of life, stress, and capacity.
I also appreciated how evidence based the curriculum is while still being grounded in real coaching scenarios. It is not just about what the research says, but how to apply it with real clients.
As someone actively coaching women, I have already started applying what I learned. It has made me a more thoughtful and effective coach, and I am already seeing improvements in client adherence and confidence.
I would highly recommend this certification to any coach who wants to work with women in a deeper and more nuanced way.”

“You don’t know what you don’t know—and I truly didn’t. I used to assume that my experience as a woman was the typical experience. I was wrong.
Now, I see each woman as the sum of her unique experiences, and I coach from that perspective.
I’ve always considered myself a holistic coach—taking into account both the mind and the body and how they work together. But now, I go even deeper. I consider the individual experiences that have shaped each client into who she is today, and I let that guide how I coach, communicate, and support her. This certification helped me see “her”.”
Your reflection here is incredibly powerful, Maurena.
What you shared about shifting from seeing your own experience as the norm to truly recognizing each woman’s unique story speaks directly to the depth of the Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification. That perspective will make your coaching more meaningful and effective.
Allowing each client’s lived experience to shape how you coach, communicate, and support them is such impactful work. The way you described learning to truly “see her” captures a deeper evolution in how you show up as a coach.
