This certification course has exceeded my expectations. I was nervous because I happen to be an APRN in women’s health so I worried about it being basic and similar to what I know everyday. I love how it breaks down system by system and applies it to coaching!

I am glad to have done this certification. It continues to fuel my passion to help women. 70% of my clients are women so it made sense to have this in my arsenal and understand women as a whole. I have a great biz training clients and this has helped.

This course is well thought out and informative. Especially good if you are a trainer. As a nutirionist I did learn some things but some of the course wasn't relevant to my line of work ( i.e. creating fitness routines).

The content and the resources are great. I love how well researched it is and that it's completely geared towards women. However, the self-paced nature of the course has been difficult for me. You're on your own once you start. There's a little bit of a push when you first enroll, wonderful, but that doesn't continue. I'm not into Facebook so I never joined the group. They do encourage this and a study buddy would be helpful. In other online course that I would rate higher than this, they arranged a study buddy for you, in your time zone. Also, I feel for the money you are paying, some live sessions for Q and A's would really enhance the experience for me. I wish there was some kind of mentoring groups to discuss topics and challenges. I'm only half way through and I've completely stopped. I'm fairly disciplined but I need accountability, whether it's a deadline or a check in. I honestly don't know when I'll finish the course. I'd love to know the percentage of people who complete it? It is a very comprehensive course and the content is really interesting. If you work well by yourself and don't need someone to give you a gentle push, go for it!

I recently completed the Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification from Girls Gone Strong, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of the program. The course provides an in-depth, research-based approach to coaching women, addressing not only fitness and nutrition but also mindset, mental health, and the unique challenges women face at different stages of life. The content is comprehensive and presented in a clear, engaging way that makes even complex topics easy to understand. I especially appreciated the focus on building sustainable habits and the importance of a holistic, client-centered approach. The certification has equipped me with the tools and knowledge to support my clients more effectively, no matter their life stage or goals. Whether you’re a seasoned coach or just starting out, this certification will undoubtedly enhance your skills and empower you to make a real difference in the lives of your clients. Highly recommend!

As a women’s health coach I wanted to take my knowledge to the next level and the Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification was just that. I provided examples to work through that are so realistic and just did that deeper diver than the typical courses available. I feel more confident managing situations women are more prone to and just overall am happy I invested into this program and community!
