The Women's Coaching Specailist Certification caught my attension because it is the only womens-focused certification available. Men and women have different training needs and adaptations and need to be treated as such. I am happy to report that I have also completed the Certifed Pre- and Post-Natal certification as well. I use both certifications in my teaching to empower students to work with women and encourage students to get the GGS ccertifications if they are headed into the personal training industry.”
