“Completing the Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification was an incredible experience that deepened my understanding of women’s unique physiological, hormonal, and psychological needs in fitness. I gained invaluable knowledge on training strategies, nutrition, and coaching techniques tailored specifically for women at different life stages. This certification has further empowered me to provide more effective, science-based guidance to my clients, helping them achieve their goals with confidence and sustainability.”
“Overall I like that the certification focuses on women, as I do think women's health has been underresearched. I've appreciated having a hard copy of the textbook, and what came along with the textbook. The virtual platform is decent enough, but I've liked using the book more. I rated this certification 4 stars so far since some of the information isn't much different than other more general courses/certifications I've taken, but I may change my mind once reviewing all the material more fully. I would imagine the other certifications (i.e., prenatal, perimenopause) may have more in depth information even more specific to women.”
“I recently completed the GGS Certified Women's Coaching Specialist course, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The course was incredibly informative, providing me with valuable knowledge that I can immediately apply to help my clients. I now feel confident and well-equipped to guide women in understanding their bodies, training effectively, and using nutrition to achieve their goals.
Being part of a community of professionals dedicated to empowering women through health and fitness is truly inspiring. I'm so glad I invested in this course – it's been a game-changer for my coaching practice!”
“I LOVED everything about this certification! Having a sports medicine background, I of course enjoyed the training aspect of this course, especially as it relates to women. But what I wasn't expecting was the emphasis on the WHOLE person (not just lifting weights) and the elements of coaching that are different for female clients versus male clients. Any personal trainer or health coach who wants to serve their female clients in a holistic & sustainable way NEEDS this certification!”
“I finished my ISSA Certified Personal Trainer cert right before beginning GGS and WOW! The amount of info in the GGS course was astounding. It had a good chunk of the same info as my CPT (which was great for refresher/retention) and SO MUCH MORE! The female-specific tailoring of this course will allow me to really focus on training women (which was always my intention) and serve them better. The differences in biology were more than I realized, in very intricate ways. Having this information is a game-changer for myself and my clients.
Thank you for putting this together - so glad I found you!

“I’m in the process of completing my certification and so far I find it to be extremely interesting and insightful. So many things we weren’t taught in school and that I’ve always wondered about are being made clear. This program makes me really excited to start a career coaching women. I highly reccomend this certification.”
“I’m halfway through the course and I’m enjoying every minute of it! It’s the beginning of a career change for me - best decision I ever made - and I’m learning so much. The online learning platform is an absolute treasure trove of resources, and the video lessons are so informative and inspiring. It’s amazing to be a part of this extraordinary community of women who are training to help other women! Thank you GGS for this life-changing opportunity!”
“I have embarked on the GGS Coaching Certification and I am loving it. I am able to utilise the information that is presented to me in an easy to read format. I am a novice when it comes to women's health, yet with this training, I am able to utilise my new learnings with other women and myself. I also feel well supported on my learning journey and look forward to reaching more women as I embark on my coaching business with the confidence to support women and their individual needs.”
