“I really enjoyed taking the Pre and Postnatal Certification, I had been training postnatal women before and when I got pregnant I signed up. I loved how self-paced the studies were and you can take it in any sequence you like. The course is very well structured and detailed, I would definitely recommend.”
“Great cert and worth it. I have looked at this cert for YEARS, and finally opted in. As someone who isn't going to have kids, I found it helpful to understand what the body is doing given that most women will become or already are moms. Information is in depth, the videos are great, and it is laid out well.”
“The Pre and Postnatal Coaching Certification has been useful in all aspects of my life. With many of my friends choosing to start their families, I have been able to provide support and exercise/movement suggestions to help them. I started a small group training class at my gym to create an additional environment for moms-to-be and new moms to connect, share experiences, and stay active. Having access to the resources online and pre-made forms makes finding any information quick and easy. The course was very easy to read, and the material was so good that I completed it within 5 weeks!”
“As my target audience are moms, I'm very happy with this course.
It's so detailed I'm feeling like an expert already while learning, and I love the fact that I'll be able to help a lot of women exercising while taking in account how far along they are in their pregnancy.
The textbook is a hard copy, that's something i like as well.
I would definetly recommend!”
“Im so glad I took the CPPC course. I work primarily with women, most of whom are postpartum or pregnant, and this was such a thorough and practical course. I loved how directly the information translated to coaching my clients and would recommend it to anyone who works with pre/post natal populations as well as women looking to learn more about pre/post natal training for themselves.”
“I loved the certification. As a pelvic floor physical therapist it was a very good review for me and I loved gaining let general knowledge about nutrition, more gestational info and how to put it all together. I also loved the in-depth videos and collaborative work with so many other professions. I liked seeing how trainers are educated and love the fact that so many are getting so much detailed education. I can’t wait to collaborate too with colleagues in the medical and wellness spaces.”
“Considering I had version one and upgraded to the 2.0 I know I have the authority to say GGS has very thoughtfully collected and organized scholarly information to best prepare for a niche clientele. Specifically in the pre/postnatal care program the information is organized chronologically to set you up for success. Beginning your coaching training with behavior modification helps you coach yourself into studying consistently and ending with the exercise regimen puts the technicals at the forefront of your mind before coaching. Everything in between is important of course so you have a well organized workbook to turn your studies into instinct. The online portal is also handy to recall unit specific information when you need to get precise with a clients needs.”
“That’s my second course on this subject. I was so disappointed with the first one that I started searching for another program.
I’m so glad I’ve found GGS. The material, the support, the content shared regularly on social media and by email is basically the whole course review.
It’s so rich and valuable that only by following the posts and reading the free shared content, I’ve already acquired more knowledge here than with the whole course with the previous institution.
For you for making learning so enjoyable and easy.
Rosane Silva.”
