“Considering I had version one and upgraded to the 2.0 I know I have the authority to say GGS has very thoughtfully collected and organized scholarly information to best prepare for a niche clientele. Specifically in the pre/postnatal care program the information is organized chronologically to set you up for success. Beginning your coaching training with behavior modification helps you coach yourself into studying consistently and ending with the exercise regimen puts the technicals at the forefront of your mind before coaching. Everything in between is important of course so you have a well organized workbook to turn your studies into instinct. The online portal is also handy to recall unit specific information when you need to get precise with a clients needs.”
“That’s my second course on this subject. I was so disappointed with the first one that I started searching for another program.
I’m so glad I’ve found GGS. The material, the support, the content shared regularly on social media and by email is basically the whole course review.
It’s so rich and valuable that only by following the posts and reading the free shared content, I’ve already acquired more knowledge here than with the whole course with the previous institution.
For you for making learning so enjoyable and easy.
Rosane Silva.”
“I am an occupational therapist and personal trainer and was looking for a comprehensive course that I could use both with my patients and women I coach. I chose GGS because there were so many professionals and disciplines that came together to create the course content, and I knew I would receive a well-rounded, in-depth experience. I am just about half way through the course & have already learned SO MUCH on the science of pre/postpartum as well as the coaching application. I love that this course dives into mental health as we know psychology & behavior change is KEY to a client’s success. I also love that the course comes with a beautiful, in depth textbook to always have to refer to, video demonstrations, initial consult/assessment forms & additional bonus content. I can’t wait to keep learning!”
“I honestly wish more people in the fitness industry knew about this course. Empowering women to honour our bodies through the incredible journey of pregnancy and postpartum is something I strongly advocate for.
Through the course we gain an in depth education about the importance of movement and that it can be done in a safe way through pregnancy and postpartum as well as how it prioritises health and wellbeing of baby.
I love furthering my education and the course did just that for my own career in fitness as well as educating myself going through pregnancy and postpartum.
Highly recommend this course!”
“With a degree in exercise science, I had limited information for training women during pregnancy and postpartum. We talked about this population, but for a short period. I feel so much more confident training my clients during their pregnancy and helping them postpartum as well. I am excited to use this information for myself as well in the future!”
“I am impressed by how comprehensive this course has been. Easy enough to understand for the typical person but deep enough to be effective and helpful”
“The course is fantastic! The multidisciplinary approach provides such a comprehensive and holistic course that it would be an absolute asset to anyone working with this demographic of women!”
