“This certification has 100% lived up to the reviews I read (and heard) before signing up. The program goes in depth into topics that every coach that trains Moms/Moms-to-be should know. I love that it’s a self-paced program because as a full-time working mom with 2 kids under 3 at home, plus coaching… time gets busy and having that flexibility is so wonderful. I worked with a coach myself through pregnancy and part of my postpartum period, but wish that I had taken this course earlier honestly just for myself and my own knowledge!
I’m super excited to bring this knowledge to my clients and feel more confident that I can support their pre/postnatal needs as their coach.
Thankful for the course and the community!”
“Having the expert knowledge in pre and post natal exercise is such a huge win for myself and the community in which i work! I’ve gained so much information through the CPPC learning. The online modules in combination with the text were helpful to reinforce the information.”
“I absolutely loved this course. Very comprehensive and I love learning with real text books! I feel a lot mode confident in training pre & post natal women now”
“I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to work with pre or postnatal clients. There's all the essential information in one place with easy access. I'm very much enjoying everything I'm learning.”
“I loved this certification specifically for the pregnancy section. This was just a taboo topic for so long but the fact that is coming to light is my dream. I have coached LOTS of pregnant women in the last 10 years, but this certification has added a confidence and certainly in my ability. The templates are the real deal!”
“The pre & postnatal cert is great if you are a trainer or if you are pregnant and just want to know more. It has helped me be more comfortable and confident when training my pregnant clients. When I got pregnant I was more aware of what recovery would look like and pushed to go see a pelvic floor physical therapist. Since the cert opened my eyes to the lack of recovery help the US does.”
