I learned about this certification from Meg Gallagher (Megsquats on social media). I purchased her prenatal program and felt super confident at the gym knowing what to do that I also wanted to be certified. They were so supportive and helpful with any and all questions I had. I’ve learned so much about the body and how it changes during pregnancy that I’ve been able to provide information to my fellow friends confidently about how to work out during pregnancy and post partum.

This program was incredibly valuable. I am a pilates instructor and after dealing with chronic pelvic pain personally, I wanted to have all the knowledge and tools to help my clients understand their pelvic floor. This program is peer-reviewed and encompasses the mental and emotional pieces, nutrition, as well as the physical pieces. I feel so confident helping my clients who are pregnant and postpartum as well as the ones who are neither but have pelvic floor issues. My last favorite thing about the course is how it encourages you to think more expansively, a skill that can help anyone working with people. 10/10 I recommend this course all the time, you’ll love it!

Your experience with the Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification highlights how evidence-based women’s health and fitness education can support both personal healing and professional growth, especially when pelvic health is part of the picture. Coming to this work as a Pilates instructor with lived experience, and then gaining peer-reviewed tools that address the mental, emotional, nutritional, and physical aspects of care, clearly shaped your confidence with pregnant, postpartum, and pelvic floor clients alike. I am so grateful for this program. I completed my Pre- and Postnatal Coaching Certification in May 2025, and I couldn't be more thankful. I was already working in the perinatal field as a fitness coach and maternal health advocate, but this certification changed the trajectory of my career. It has given me greater credibility in the perinatal field among clinicians and doctors and has significantly boosted my confidence. While I was already familiar with much of the material through my own research, completing this program strengthened my knowledge and has allowed me to show up in spaces feeling more assured about the information and education I am sharing. If you are considering this certification and have a passion for perinatal health, I highly recommend it!

When I received the package of the text book and workbook it just felt so official to me. I loved having ta hands on guide to read and learn. The chapters were packed with information and the guided platform on mine was helpful with all the extra videos and cheat sheets. I highly recommend this course. Being able to do this at my own pace was also very reassuring, I had the time to soak in the info and actually apply it to my practice and everyday life.

As I started my journey training women, I knew I waaa not informed on all of the things I needed to know about training women in different phases of life. This certification was so valuable, not only to me as their trainer, but to my clients! Having the knowledge to meet them where they are at, and provide excellent training and support has been invaluable!

Having started with the menopause certification, the next logical step was to add Pre- & Postnatal to my toolkit. I didn’t even consider looking elsewhere as GGS have a brilliant range of resources and the courses are easy to follow. This did not disappoint and I was able to complete the bulk of my study using the online resources before my books arrived. Having a hard copy of the materials has proved useful for referring back when working with clients - something you don’t always get with other courses. Altogether, the range of resources, the detail within those resources and the friendly and welcoming online community created by GGS makes this one of the best certifications I’ve done. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This certification helped me feel empowered to better care for myself through my own journeys through pregnancy and postpartum. I’ve also been able to share my knowledge of postpartum workouts with friends and family and they said they felt some much better then when they just winged it the past. It teaches so much about nutrition, exercise, and changes in the body.
