“Each morning I woke up feeling determined that that day I would eat less sweet treats, stop eating when I felt 70% sated, work out in the gym and be mindful of the blessings in my life. Then as the day wore on I would find myself binging on sugar, then just giving up on the gym, and promise myself to practice mindfulness the next day.
