I had a wonderful experience with GGS coaching. I felt supported and encouraged throughout the program and thought the breakdown of nutrition skills and mindset lessons were really well planned. I also really liked the workouts- this was the only plan I have ever been consistent with for more than a couple of months. I have lost weight- about 40 pounds- and inches but I have also gained strength and confidence. I definitely recommend this program to anyone and everyone!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with GGSC this past year and decided to do a 2nd round so I could continue having my coach Jen's support through this upcoming year. I started the past year wanting to get my eating habits under control and ended the year totally updating the way I eat, especially during my workday and on the weekends. I feel in control of my eating now, it feels natural and not something I have to give a lot of thought to. I just eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m satisfied. I know how to handle emotional eating and cravings, both of which are so rare now. I never feel like I have to get “back on track” or make up for how I ate. My eating habits feel so aligned with the person I wanted to be when I started GGSC. I would encourage anyone who wants to change the way they eat with an encouraging, supportive and evidence based experience to join GGSC. 100% worth it!

I loved my year of coaching with GGS. I had excellent support from my coach, Allison, throughout the year. She is very knowledgeable in fitness, nutrition, and mindset techniques. I felt very supported through the coaching, weekly lessons, and the workout program. The exercise program was fantastic and very easy to follow using the phone and online app. Allison was always available to modify the program to tailor to my needs if I had an injury or needed another type of modification. Highly recommend!

This is a 12-month program that starts with easy health habits and builds on them throughout the year, which makes it really hard to not see results. Eventually, you will be incorporating healthy habits and eating without even thinking about it. Tracking is easy - you only track one activity a day and your programmed workouts a couple of times per week. This is the best program I've actually completed and have had success with.

I love the GGS coaching program. I've tried other programs on my own or with a coaching platform before and GGS is hands down the best fit for me. The focus on small, manageable steps that I can start taking from day 1 to make a meaningful difference in my life by the end of the program is super realistic and something I am actually able to stick to longer term as opposed to doing it for a month and then "falling off the wagon". The mindset lessons around food, exercise and rest really shift you to a more positive place where you're making decisions based on what is best for your life as it truly is right now not some imaginary life where I get up at 5am to workout 7 days a week and eat 90% of my calories from vegetables and chicken. That's not who I really am and GGS gets that.

This coaching program has been so helpful to me and I have truly enjoyed it. I also deeply appreciate the flexibility of my coach (Elizabeth--she is fabulous!) in understanding some of the ups and downs of my life in general and her willingness to accommodate and adjust my workouts based on travel. It's been great, reassuring and motivating and I can highly recommend the program without reservation (I even did a second year--which was better than the first!).

I am wrapping my my second year of the GGS coaching program and I cannot say enough good things about it. What drew me to the program initially was the focus on adjusting habits, the fact that they would NOT be providing meal plans, mindset coaching and workout plans that suited my ability and goals. The biggest takeaway from this program for me has been identifying my values and learning to live out of them. During my first year of the program, I treated it like another diet. I was all in or all out. In my second year, I realized that I am making changes and practicing habits to improve my well-being for the rest of my life, not to simply lose 20+ lbs. While this has not been a straight line to my version of success, I can tell that I am gentler with myself, more aligned with who I am and much much stronger than I was 2 years ago. The GGS coaching program feels so well rounded and *emotionally* healthy, which can be hard to find in the health and fitness industry. I felt nothing but supported by my coaches and appreciated their weekly feedback from my check-ins. I felt like I had my own personal cheerleader/life coach cheering me on when I was celebrating and picking me back up when I was discouraged. I am so grateful for this resource and have found it to be so impactful at this stage of my life (early 40s).

The value I’ve gained from GGS coaching is tremendous. My coach, Allison, has been instrumental in helping me build strength, bone density, and most impressively, self-confidence. As a trainer running my own coaching business, before GGS I was struggling with imposter syndrome. After completing this program I feel more equipped than ever to help others. Despite being certified for 5 years and spending the majority of my life in the gym, GGS coaching ensures I learn something new almost every week. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of coaching and it’s something I didn’t want to miss out on myself. I am so glad I signed up! I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to build strength, improve body image, or expand their exercise library!
