The workouts are challenging but doable, and working with a coach on the online platform is extremely helpful for staying on track and exploring some of the 'why' of what you eat and do every day unconsciously. “I’m about to begin my third year of GGS coaching in a row! When I started two years ago, I was in a real rut. I had gained a lot of extra weight from COVID, most of my clothes didn’t fit, I didn’t have a consistent exercise routine, and my self-talk was extremely negative. I’ve lost about 13 pounds, and my body has really changed—I’m much more toned all over, and I’ve slimmed down most noticeably in my waist, rear, and thighs.
