“I am wrapping my my second year of the GGS coaching program and I cannot say enough good things about it. What drew me to the program initially was the focus on adjusting habits, the fact that they would NOT be providing meal plans, mindset coaching and workout plans that suited my ability and goals.
The biggest takeaway from this program for me has been identifying my values and learning to live out of them. During my first year of the program, I treated it like another diet. I was all in or all out. In my second year, I realized that I am making changes and practicing habits to improve my well-being for the rest of my life, not to simply lose 20+ lbs. While this has not been a straight line to my version of success, I can tell that I am gentler with myself, more aligned with who I am and much much stronger than I was 2 years ago.
The GGS coaching program feels so well rounded and *emotionally* healthy, which can be hard to find in the health and fitness industry. I felt nothing but supported by my coaches and appreciated their weekly feedback from my check-ins. I felt like I had my own personal cheerleader/life coach cheering me on when I was celebrating and picking me back up when I was discouraged. I am so grateful for this resource and have found it to be so impactful at this stage of my life (early 40s).”

“Girls Gone Strong is an excellent program for people looking to establish (or reestablish) steady exercise and mental and nutrition coaching. The workouts are challenging but doable, and working with a coach on the online platform is extremely helpful for staying on track and exploring some of the 'why' of what you eat and do every day unconsciously. “I’m about to begin my third year of GGS coaching in a row! When I started two years ago, I was in a real rut. I had gained a lot of extra weight from COVID, most of my clothes didn’t fit, I didn’t have a consistent exercise routine, and my self-talk was extremely negative. I’ve lost about 13 pounds, and my body has really changed—I’m much more toned all over, and I’ve slimmed down most noticeably in my waist, rear, and thighs.
I love the GGS program because it’s smart, sane, and completely doable. The program provides an enormous amount of choice with regard to resistance training and nutrition, which allows me to get exactly what I need from it. The resistance training programs are incredibly well-designed, flexible, and easy to follow. And, most importantly, my coaches are relentlessly positive and supportive. In true GGS fashion, my coaches never tell me what I “should” want for myself, my body, or my fitness. Instead, they support my long-term goals by helping me make and reach small sustainable goals that compound over time.
The GGS coaching program provides a holistic self-care support system that, over the year, addresses all areas of a person’s health, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress, as well as the mindsets necessary to make and sustain real change.

“Jen was my coach for this program. She and it were great! I learned new techniques to manage my hunger and really take the reins with my nutrition without overly restricting myself and feeling like I needed to go to extremes.
