“Girls Gone Strong coaching is a high quality, evidence based program. It includes weekly lessons that teach skills and offer opportunities to practice. I have the opportunity to communicate with my coach throughout the week. There is also a choice of workout plans.
After almost a year in the coaching program, I have skills that will help me move toward my goals as they change over time. I have a game plan for meeting my nutritional goals.
