Sure, I have lost a few pounds while working with my coach. But the best parts about GGS are the things that I have gained: strength I never thought possible, confidence and a more positive outlook about myself that transcends the gym walls. The program’s holistic approach acknowledges that often what holds us back—in the gym and in life— is our mindset and that with small and totally manageable tweaks, we can achieve so much more. My experience with GGS coaching has been nothing short of life changing and if I could gift this program to every woman in my life, I would.

I know, I know...saying that something is "life changing" in a review seems over dramatic...but: The last year has changed my life in very unexpected ways! Jen and Ellysia helped me undo old ways of thinking and create a healthy relationship with myself. I may not have lost a bunch of traditional weight but mentally I am a much lighter person, having dumped so many unhealthy habits and ways of thinking. The self confidence gained when you pick up a heavy weight that you never thought you'd be able to lift, and learning how to listen to your body and give it what it needs...game changing.

As a coach myself of 15 years and knowing the fitness and women’s health world really well, I can tell you the GGS Coaching program for women is hands down one of the best online programs out there! A few years ago, I developed some health issues and was living in chronic pain. Due to this I kept getting setbacks with my physical training. I was burnt out on programming my own workouts and wanted a little direction and feed back from a trust worthy coach. I knew I could trust GGS because I have studied up on their coaching styles and have followed them for years now. They know how to coach women! The GGS coaching program aligns very well with my own coaching style and so I made the investment and six months in, I can tell you it’s worth the money!! Not only will you get workouts that are helpful for your particular goals, you get weekly mindset and nutrition topics that assist you towards better health without having to do mental gymnastics with counting every calorie or macronutrient known to man. The mindset and habit change topics alone are worth doing this program. There are weekly checks-in and daily reminders to help you stay focused. All done without shame tactics. The coaches are always there to answer any questions you may have and to give feed back on exercise form or to share helpful tips in a positive way that will assist you with your individual goals. Elizabeth is my coach and she is a breath of fresh air! Very responsive and has done a wonderful job helping me with modifying workouts that my physical therapist and I felt would be better for my body. Elizabeth is compassionate, understanding and very educated in her field. I appreciate how flexible she has been with me for my particular fitness and health needs. In the fitness and health field, often times there is a one size fits all approach, trust me, this is not that! Your couch will assist you in helping you figure out the right method that works well for you and your body. If you are searching for an online coaching program, GGS online coaching for women is where it’s at!

The coaches were very supportive. I had a few physical ailments during the program and the coaches definitely encouraged rest and alternatives when I needed. I am also a Mom of a busy toddler and a nurse, so I have a lot on my plate everyday. I feel like the amount of time it took me to do this program was just right and very manageable. I'd definitely recommend it to friends. I wish everyone, myself included, could start their fitness journey in this type of supportive environment that emphasizes self care.

I had no idea what to expect from GGS Coaching but what I received far exceeded my expectations in every way! I spent the last year unlearning the last 30 years of "diet" culture and retraining myself to listen to my body's needs. I can now eat guilt free and have stopped punishing myself for eating what my body craves. I happily take rest days and am enjoying the movement I get outside with my family and dog without worrying about how many calories I'm burning because I have listened to my body's needs. *Gasp* I even took off my Fitbit... For the first extended time in over 5 years! GGS Coaching has given me something far more important than just a nutrition or exercise program (although I did also get those and use them weekly!); It gave me my health back! I have ended the repeated cycle of binge and purge and have learned when my body needs rest, stretches, a brisk walk, or a good lifting session. GGS has changed the way I see myself and helped me see strength is measured in so many different ways! I will never regret spending the money and time I invested in myself this past 12 months because I know how to continue to grow and learn without the pressure of giving up. If this busy wife and mom, full time teacher, and now fitness coach can make the time to do this program, absolutely anyone can!!!
