The accompanying documentation and the videos and workbooks that come with the learning are invaluable tools to help with my coaching. I can honestly say that I learned A LOT (even with my currently going through the menopause). It also helped me to understand what was happening with my body and what changes I should incoporate into my life to help manage the symptoms.

“The majority of the people I coach are women who are either in their thirties, or older. This is both as a group fitness instructor, and as a personal trainer. I had never really considered how coaching someone who is going through the menopause transition could be different from coaching anyone else. It wasn't until my mom had started telling me about her symptoms, and about how hard of a time she was having that it became apparent to me that this was much bigger than I had realized. After I was laid off from my other job, I decided to put everything I had into coaching full time, and started this certification. Best decision I've made so far as a coach. I learned so much, including skills that have helped me with all my clients (midlife women or not), and in my day-to-day life. The information is extremely understandable, comprehensive, and super applicable. The online portal is easy to use, the textbook is beautifully made, and the workbook is extremely helpful. I am so so glad I did it. Women of all ages deserve to feel seen and understood, and I feel I am better able to be there for them and help, having completed this certification. The relieved look on women's faces when I tell them that I'm a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist in itself is worth it.”
