“Units squeal loudly when inserting and removing. Very hard to insert into ear, even with the smallest earbud. Failed within 2 days. Intermittent operation. Fall out easily. Tonal quality is poor as in very "tinny" sounding, volume adjustment nearly impossible to do by yourself.
Wife is 74 y.o. and has dimentia. She cannot insert them herself, let alone adjust the volume. Purchased the GoLite because she did not need the extra "functions" for various environments.”
