“The ear pieces are working well and the charging device is well-engineered but the USB port should be on the lower back side instead of the bottom so you can set the charging device on it's bottom.
The only issue I have had is changing out the wax protectors.
The instructions and tools provided were useless to change the wax protectors.
I found that if you inverted the wax protectors (inside out), it would slip on the ear piece without any tools.”

“These are NOT hearing aids. They are amplifiers. They did not fit even with the smallest cup. Fell out of ears. Amplified way too much even on the lowest setting.”

Hi George. We’re sorry to hear that one of your hearing aids fell out, unfortunately, this is something that can happen with in-the-ear hearing aids. A top tip of ours is to really fit the different-sized domes and find one that can sit comfortably and snuggly in your ear. We hope that your over-the-ear hearing aids will give you many years of healthy hearing.
