“I am nearing the end of 30 days of trying to accept the device. So far I have nothing but extreme noise even when trying all of the frequency options and lowest volume. Have been trying all options with both ears with no sucess.”

“Go Prime hearing aids do the job at an excellent price. They have restored my ability to engage in conversation with people who have higher-pitched voices (women and children, typically) and in noisy environments, like stores and restaurants. They are about as comfortable as any in-the-ear device can be. Battery life is good, and the rechargeable case for the rechargeable hearing aids is excellent. Being limited to a choice of just three audio profiles isn't the best, but in my situation, one of the three profiles works just fine. So if you try these, be sure to evaluate all three profiles so you can return them within the generous 45-day trial period for a full refund if necessary.
The only significant negative comment I have is that I find it difficult to insert them into my ears without unintentionally pressing the volume buttons. When that happens, I have to cycle all the way through all eight volume levels to get back to the one I need after they are inserted. This is inconvenient and annoying. But it's not a deal-breaker. I like my Go Prime hearing aids. Glad I have them, and would definitely recommend them.”
