“The right ear hearing aid is not working so I give it a 0. I have used it less than a month. I changed the wax guard and recharged it and it still doesn't work. The left ear works fine so I give it a 5. Can the right ear one be replaced????

“So far, so good. Comfortable fit. They install easily into the ear canal and produce no lasting feedback. The three programs and eight levels of volume adjustment are useful. The charging container is effective and keeps the hearing aids charged fully with use over several days so far.”
