I have returned Go hearing as of following reasons. It was falling out from hearing Canal in ear, Rt earing aid was not charging was not getting fully charged , no personal support Is not awailable .,I was feeling my ears was Blocked.

they pick up too much background noise it has to be too loud before the noise reduction kicks in it would be nice if they Bluetooth to your phone to control them that way

I really like them but at different times I feel the need to relocate them in my ear. Not sure if it is the mode is too big but I think I am using the smallest one that came with them. Other than that I love them.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY GOPRIME PURCHASE! THE RECHARGE FEATURE IS ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED AFTER CONSTANTLY REPLACING BATTERIES IN MY OLD HEARING DEVICES...ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I CAN"T FIND WHERE ON THE WEB TO PURCHASE ASSESSORIES
