“The use of this product is not intended for elderly people. It takes 2 people to properly use, and the fact that the settings reset is a big turn off. I'm not sure how you expect an elderly person to use the miniscule needle tool while trying to hear tones, when hearing is the issue in the first place and not being able to see where the tool goes once inside the ear. Very disappointing. I returned for a refund.”

“I had trouble changing the wax grads. I am using the small ones. I do not fell like that they go in far enough. When wearing a cap the little wires get stuck in the cap. luckly I noticed and did not lose it.
I can hear better with them. I have learned how to turn them up and down as needed. I like the ability to turn them up and down.”
