“The ri;gh;t ear device did not work when i;t arrived. It only produces a steady static sound. I've called the support line for help. I spoke to Grace several times, and she was very helpful with trying different procedures, trying to get the device to work, but still all I get is static noise. I asked if they could not just replace the faulty device. The left ear device works fine. She said they would want me to send both devives back in for evaluation, and then they would decide what to do, or I could return both devices within the 45 day warranty period for a full refund. I do not like the idea of getting the same
device back if I return it for evaluation of the problem, when it did not work correctly right out of the
box. As I stated, the left ear device works great, and if I must send both back, that will leave me with
no device to us. This policy sucks. Why can't I just return the faulty device. This is a poor policy and
it makes me a very unhappy customer. Sincerely, Bob”

“I have bought them here all the time. Usually they work about a year or so I just bought theses they don't work they say do this do that I say I done all that so I finally told them I will not buy from them again so I'm done”

“The rating doesn't really matter because I had to return the hearing aids They did not fit in my ears. I must say they were nicely packaged and arrived as promised. I received my refund in a timely manner.”
“I have only had them a week and am having trouble adjusting to voice. It sounds phony and not real. I have tried all of the settings but but voice doesn’t sound real. I don’t want to rate them yet it’s been to soon. I will give them a few weeks and if things don’t change I will have to return. Thank you!”
