“First planned delivery was sent to the wrong address. Delivery came one week later. Neither hearing aid fit into my ear canal. The domes were way too large. To invert. I can’t replace the standard dome with the smaller ones. Too difficult for my 86 year old fingers. Tell me where I need to go for a fitting.”
