“Received the HA's about a month ago and they worked fine until this morn, 1/8/23. Let them charging all nite, this morn the right one did not turn on. This had never happened that before. The left one seems to be OK. Don't know if it's the HA or the charger.”

“I used smallest ear piece and wore for 1 day in and around my home. Could not use while talking on phone due to annoying high pitched sound no matter what volume or mode selected.
First day I wore while during errands one hearing aid fell out and was lost.
Company policy was that nothing could be done to offer me any credit towards another hearing aid or upgrade.
I asked to return accessory kit which was unopened and "company policy" would not allow this!!!
I asked expert support help to ask supervisor (3rd time she needed to speak with supervisor) to show me company policy states no returns of merchandise - then they authorized $16 return. I ordered this product ($300) directly through company vs CVS website since I thought I would get better customer service- wrong!! One reason I selected this Go Prime hearing aid was because CVS endorsed it.
With the myraid of hearing aids available making a choice is difficult: I hope to have better luck with a better hearing aid from another company. Stary away from Go Prime!!”

“Very basic in the ear hearing aids. For someone with mild hearing loss, the minimum sound setting will seem very loud at first, but gets better. Both devices have a lot of feedback when touched or if anything comes near to them. If you have smaller ear canals, they work best just sitting in your ear (as noted in their docs). After a couple of $3000 sets of hearing aids, these actually work better for me.”
