“Website and customer services is excellent, sally replied quickly and kindly, nice to know can speak with a real person and that the company as passionate about their plants and roses. Rose arrived quickly and very well wrapped and secure. It had just been pruned so although short canes it looked healthy and good quality, lots of soil still in pot and and watered, love the large colourful labels to put next to the rose to remember its name. Cant wait for next year to see how she blooms and the scent. Thank you. Just wish i had more space for more roses.”
