“I've never experienced such quality in a pair of shoes. They fit as if already broken in, so comfy. The boxing and presentation really give that cherry on top feel and make everything feel very lux and premium. I got the black Muggs and love the look and feel. The soles are great too, I can be sneaky in them if I want, they have a soft foot fall which was unexpected and nice. Goral including two types of insoles is a huge plus also, for those of us wanting a traditional insole as opposed to a furry one. I found Goral's customer service to be very responsive during this preorder experience as well and was impressed with them. I would like to sate that Goral should avoid putting self imposed deadlines in their canned emails. Goral did not once contact me when the canned emails stated they would which was irritating. If they didn't do that my experience would have been from start to finish. There is a disconnect between the canned emails and the rest of Goral. Other than that I'm as pleased and stoked with and about my Muggs as a guy could be. Thank's Goral team!”
