“I ordered these within the first few hours of September release. Arrived late January. I ordered them for a trip in December and primarily for bad weather which has passed. The shoes are lovely but the wait time was inordinate - I would suggest don't take as many orders if you can't fulfill them in a reasonable time. Delivery time was 2 days from sending so it's not a distance issue. This is poor scaling and tbh had I known the wait time I wouldn't have ordered them. Which is a shame. So I probably won't be buying again, quality product, service which was unfortunately lacking.”

Only reason my review isn't 5 star was because I did not get the extra insoles these are suppose to come with in my case. Customer service did offer a small refund for it but hopefully there will be more care for others. These did not come with dust bags - if that is any consideration for someone.”
