“The mystery box, as the name suggests, is a shoe lottery. You know this when you part with the sovvies. I read all the mystery box reviews and I think 80% were delighted to have some £280 trainers for less than half price. The other 20% were "not what I would have chosen, but you pays your money and you takes your chance" I am somewhere in between hence 4 stars. No complaints about service - prompt delivery, trainers undamaged, and no complaints on fit - 13 wide does me nicely. Style...well, I wouldn't have chosen pure white in all honesty, especially not with my massive feet. However...the more I look around the more I notice everyone is wearing white trainers. So, they will be worn, they will be embraced and I will learn to love them!!”
“I ordered 2 pair on the recent Mystery Box special in UK13 Wide and was very happy with my purchase. Goral sent me a pair of Mellor IIs in the Repurposed White Tumbled Leather, and a pair of the Boulsovers in Dark Brown Suede. The Mellor IIs are awesome. I had planned to get a pair in this leather after ordering my first pair and they're improved. More padding around the heel makes them more comfortable during initial wears. Most comfortable minimalist sneakers I have by a large margin. The Boulsovers are not as good a fit, but still comfortable and possibly the best quality suede in my collection. Oddly enough, the Boulsovers aren't quite wide enough, so they are pretty snug, but I'm hopeful that the suede will open up a bit with wear (my typical size in NB/Adidas is US12.5EE/US13). These are my 3rd/4th pair of Gorals...highly recommend replacing some of your footwear with a pair of them. Craftsmanship is always fantastic and every pair I've had gives all day comfort.”
