“I bought a pair of your Mellor II shoes for my son, Frederick MP James. He has been using your footwear for some time and his last pair was wearing out so I bought him exactly the same as a birthday present. Considering your reputation and the price of the footwear I am more than disappointed that he has not found this pair comfortable and despite persevering in the hope that they would wear in - he is still suffering and finding it diffiult to use them.
Do you have any explanation for this debacle?”
