“The good:
- Excellent craftsmanship
- Great attention to detail
- Shoes came with individual cloth bags, shoe trees, and an extra set of shoe laces
- Comfortable and sensible amout of room for the toes even on a non-wide fit
- The sole rubber seems soft, yet firm and durable enough.
The bad:
- The fit is a little big/loose. Had to request an exchange for a smaller size eventhough I actually measured my feet and got the correct size according to the sizing chart.
- Excessive waiting time and no status information whasoever! Got my shoes two months after placing my order.
- The shoe lining is fake leather!! :( Not sure how long will that last, nor how bad my feet are going to smell
- Extra 100Eur if you buy from outside the UK (shipping + import)”
“Extremely well made shoe. Comfortable straight away for me but there is some give in the leather, so they have become even more comfortable after a week or two of wear. In sunlight, the white leather is warm, yet the laces are cold (blue white), which looks a bit odd and is quite noticeable. These shoes are definitely not true to size. I am UK size 10 but I ordered 11 wide, and they are a good fit. Be careful if you are not sure on size because the leather will crease the first time you try them on, which would make returns difficult.”
