“Great service and communication. Shoes arrived on time and initially very pleased with comfort and fit. However it soon became apparent that they “ate” my socks when walking even a short distance. I’ve persevered with them for a couple of months to see if they improved over time, but problem is as bad as ever. Think it might be related to the patch of suede on the heel grabbing my sock when walking. I’ve never had this issue before with any other shoe. Pretty much unwearable now.”
