“Ordered my smugs in a US 14. I’m heartbroken to report the fit is entirely too small. Goral’s customer service team has been very helpful and responsive with processing the return. If I had it to do over again I would’ve ordered my smugs in a wider last and a whole size larger. If not two sizes larger. I hope someday to own a pair in a size that better accommodates my larger feet. If Goral is receptive to the idea of making me a bigger pair I hope they will reach out. :)”
