“These are some of the most beautiful shoes I've ever owned. The quality, craftsmanship, materials, aesthetic---that's all just lovely. Often I find myself eyeballing them just for the pleasure of apprehending the detail of their fineness.
I love them.
But---the famous but---the reason this is not a full five stars is that I got the wrong size. Obviously as the consumer I bear some responsibility for that, but I took care to order the correct size; I took an accurate measurement of my foot and sent the dimensions (and pics of the measurement with dimensions noted) to Goral and these numbers were appraised by their size specialist, yet the shoes are still too small.
I have no doubt that the size specialist knows what they are doing---Goral seems to be staffed by nothing but the highest-quality people---but all the same the purchase ended up being an expensive failure.
My feet are saddened.”
