“Flavour was great. The sauce to chicken ratio was perhaps a little off, and there wasn’t too much actual chicken in the serve. If I’d known this ahead I would’ve done different sides to better utilise the leftover sauce, as it was lovely”
“Both 1 and 2 kg were cooked together - The 1 kg was excellent when cooked and served cold a few days later - stuffing excellent and flesh good. Next time I think I would buy your cooked version. The 2kg was a touch pink on 1 hr and 20 mins and the wrapping made no reference to different cooking times for 2kg.”
