“Best protein cereal I’ve tried. The flavours are all good. Didn’t even think I’d like coconut but it’s one of my favourites. Love that you can mix and match flavours too. I often struggle with hitting my macros, as I always end up with more fats or carbs and not enough protein so Grandma Crunch really hits the spot. I have two portions in a bowl (about 62g) and it has approx. 31g of protein, not including 200ml of semi skimmed milk which adds on another 7g. The base flavour and texture after that satisfying crunch is as you’d expect of a soy based cereal, but not that big of a deal when it’s such a benefit to my diet and hitting macros.
