The front of the mug depicts an adorable illustration of a mallard mummy with her four ducklings. Three ducklings huddle at her feet whilst the last falls behind, inquisitively gazing at the viewer. Painted in watercolour, the illustration pleasingly contrasts against the crisp white background of the mug. Surrounding the animals are speckles of black paint, in a way that it very synonymous with the Wrendale brand.
